Finally got a sweet deal

Well, I went to the ham radio club meeting / BBQ tonight and they had a little sale of gear. For $20 I got a unmollested HR2600 and a Magnum 500 amp.

Dang man thats the deal of a lifetime rite there.Heck I would have paid a heck of a lot more than that for those 2 pieces even if they were in need of repairs.Them 2600s are some sweet fine talking ssb radios.Many would say one of the best ever.Them,the 2510s and the Lincoln...GREAT RADIOS.Hold on to that one,and if you decide not to you know where to find me Peace out my brotha from anotha motha Shawn

I have a HR2510 at Doc's in Buffalo being chip switched and the works for the truck. I still have my 94hp in the truck as well as a Icom ic2200 2 metre. So I really don't need the radio. I have a X-Force Midnight special as well for the 2510 so I really don't need that amp. For the price I could not go wrong.

Well, I sold the radio today, for a $100 US which works out to be about $120 Canuck. Thats $110 profit. The amp is a AB amp 2 pill with 2290 pills.
